We advertise effectively and have the screening tools to fill your vacancies quickly. In addition to our website, we also post on hundreds of other sites. Our technology allows us to have applicants electronically apply …even from their smartphones/tablets! We want to maximize your revenue and have as low of a vacancy possible by filling in with high quality tenants.

Our tenants have the ability to pay the rent online via their tenant portal. In turn, we also are able to pay our owners via direct deposit into your bank account which means faster payment and no more waiting for checks in the mail. Our owners have access to their owner portal where they can view their inspections, statements, 1099s, maintenance invoices and any other reports related to their property. It will always be in your portal and you can access it anywhere at anytime. This “On-demand” access can be beneficial when it comes to tax preparation time, refinancing, etc.

We recognize that each of our owners are unique with the properties they own and how they would like it to be managed. Some prefer to be more hands-on even when they use a property manager while others are comfortable handing over all responsibilities and allowing us to make the best decision on their behalf.
